Ordering process
A list of available produce for the following week is updated every Sunday night. Select your order from the updated list by the end of Tuesday. After your order is received, we will send an email confirming your order by the following business day.

When paying by bank transfer, please wait for your email confirmation, which specifies the correct amount to be transferred.

You will receive your order by Thursday or Friday, depending on the delivery option you choose.

You may order items a la carte, and/or choose from pre-set boxes on the weekly list. Limited stock items may sell out very quickly, as availability varies by season. In the event we cannot fulfill your entire order, you will be notified in the order confirmation email. You will only be charged for the items that you receive.
Delivery Options
We serve all of Thailand.
Within Bangkok, the options are:

Home delivery on either Thursday or Friday.

Pick up your order at our company store on Saladeng Rd.

Other pickup locations : ICS, Berkeley, Patana (Bangna), or RIS (Min Buri). Find maps and details of pickup locations [HERE].
The minimum order amount is 500 baht for home deliveries. For pickup, there is no minimum for the store, and a 200 baht limit for all other locations.
Outside of Bangkok and for the rest of Thailand, please contact us for details.
Delivery Fee
Deliveries are subject to delivery fees applicable by area.
Delivery fee is free only for customers who pickup at our Saladaeng office/store.

Payment Options

Prepayment credit: For your convenience, you may set up a prepayment account with us with a minimum 3,000 baht minimum initial deposit. Your credit will never expire, and you may request a refund on your remaining balance at any time. Please contact us for details.

Cash on delivery (COD) : For all deliveries except for Berkeley or Patana pickup, RIS pickup and home deliveries outside Bangkok.

PromptPay Tax ID: 0105 5290 44211
What is PromptPay? PromptPay is a new service that allows a payer to pay a recipient by entering the recipient’s PromptPay ID number (usually tax ID or mobile number). The money will be directly transferred into the recipient’s bank account. There is no additional fee for this service, even if the payer and recipient use different banks. However, the payer needs to setup PromptPay for their bank account to enable this feature. Contact your bank for further details.

Customer Satisfaction
Our produce is 100% organic, and a stray insect may be occasionally spotted with your order. Some of you may be startled by them, but you may appreciate our pledge to not use harmful chemicals on your produce. Our produce is still completely safe; simply remove the insect and discard of any areas that were visibly damaged.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We do our utmost to ensure the quality of the produce that you receive. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us right away and send us a picture of the item, if applicable. We will provide you with a solution.
